Late Cancellation and No Show Policy

Please remember that I pour my heart & soul into each appointment, and you are very important to me.

I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide me with at least 24-hour notice. This way, I can adjust my schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate other clients on my waiting list.

I do understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time. Here is my cancellation fees:

• Less than 8 hour notice that I cannot fill your appointment will result in a charge of $35 (This charge may be waved at my discretion depending on the situation)

• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% full service amount

• More than 2 no shows or late cancelations will result in prepayment of any future bookings

As a courtesy, I do contact all clients to confirm the date and time of your appointment 1 day prior.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments & cancelation fees.
